• Inactive accounts (12 months or more) may receive a notice regarding inactivity fees or account closure.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.

• The Wagering Requirement for each bonus is listed on the promotions page. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per person. Multiple members of the same household at the same address are not eligible for the same bonus.
• Bonus balance is separate from real money. To withdraw winnings earned with a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirements.
• jatbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Jatbaji guarantees fair play across all games. Every outcome is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring no result is predetermined.

• Each game has its own specific rules. We recommend reading them before you start playing.
• Any wins or losses resulting from a technical error are void. In such cases, we will apply the appropriate resolution.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops, the result saved on our servers will be considered final.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, jatbaji server logs will serve as the definitive source of truth.

The following activities are violations of jatbaji's rules. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, or automation to play games.
• Coordinated attempts to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack, introduce viruses, or carry out any other form of technical attack.
• Registering with false information or committing chargeback fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
